Purpose:Concept Design and Feasibility Study of miniaturized Atmospheric Neutral Analyzer (MANA) This project will perform concept design and feasibility studies for a miniaturized atmospheric neutral analyzer employing carbon nanotube based field ionization array technology. The miniaturized instrument would be suitable for flight on very small platforms such as nano-satellites and planetary nano-probes.
Comments:Grant duration is 17 months, with an initial payment of $200,000 at the moment of signature, and $50,000 after November 1st, 2014
